Africa Environmental Watch & Services, Inc. (AEW) was established in October of 2004 by Dr. Morris T. Koffa and a group of environmental professionals with a profound inclination that the three fundamental principles of the environment (water, air, and land) are the support engine of life.  

Africa Environmental Watch is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization focused on creating awareness and providing solutions and recommendations to help mitigate the many issues affecting Africa's Environment.

In the new year we will continue our mission to provide environmental expertise geared towards protecting human health and the environment in Africa through educational awareness and behavioral change communication.

Our History

Africa Environmental Watch (AEW), is an offspring of the Liberia Environmental Watch (LEW), Inc., which was formed in 2004 as a response to the urgent call concerning environmental issues in Liberia as a result of the 14 years civil war.  LEW transitioned to what is now known as the Africa Environmental Watch (AEW) in 2008 based on a collective strategic decision of the Board of Directors in response to many calls and petitions for an umbrella organization to expand such environmental activities on a Pan African scope....(Click Learn More)
